A Message from Byron -

During the unprecedented global challenges we now face, it is more important than ever to utilize our shamanic and spiritual tools and practices in order to respond to whatever may come our way with skill, grace, kindness and presence instead of fear-based reactivity. It is not easy to do sometimes and we need effective and practical tools that will support this healing way of being in our world.

I personally have been doing more meditation, spending time in reflection and solitude, staying connected to my loved ones, and of course listening to and creating music. I believe that drumming enhances one’s immune system!

I wanted to offer something that might support some of you in navigating these difficult times, and decided to create a compilation of journey tracks and other exercises that you can use in a variety of ways. Staying connected to our inner-world is crucial and I know that this music provides great potential for helping you do that.
